It is no longer news that video interview and assessment centers have come to stay. Only that some of us have been there for long.

As can be seen in the picture above, far back half a decade ago we were teaching people how to do well in video interviews. The picture is from a client from India who engaged us to coach her for interview for Shell Germany in 2015. She did excellently well. We have since coached tens of other candidates for video interview and hundred of others for physical interviews since then.

The process:

• We will fix a date for interview coaching with you
• On the interview prep day, we will spend first 1 hour teaching you interview tips (skills to be successful in video interview or video assessment center) and the 1 doing interview session with you where we will take the position of the company’s interviewers and interview you like it will be done in real interview
• We will then give you feedback on areas of your strength, areas of improvement, what you should have said, what you should not have said, your body language etc.

We are confident that this process will improve your chances going into the real interview as it has done to the over 500 candidates we had coached in the past.
