Well written but where is Hong Kong? Tokyo?
Singapore should be above Zurich, that’s if the cities are ranked according to the best.
Additionally, Singapore is not the 4th financial city. That position belongs to Hong Kong. The former is 3rd, the latter lost that position because of the incessant pro-democracy protests (something you cannot see in Singapore. Imagine shutting down the city-center?).
