I am happy to announce the signing of yet another set of young, brilliant Nigerians as contributors to Jarushub, Nigeria’s most influential career and mentorship portal.
Rasheed ‘SirRash’ Adewusi, a manager in one of the telecommunication companies operating in Nigeria, is a versatile young man with vast writing experience on virtually every field. Rasheed, like the indefatigable Sola Fagorusi, is another product of the Ife school of campus journalism. He was between 2005-2006 the editor-in-chief of Megaphone, the most respected campus press outfit at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He, like me, also did his youth service in Sokoto state between 2007-2008, where he beat me and other competitors to the Sultan Prize for Best Essay by youth corps member for 2007 batch A service year. Rasheed, who studied English language, runs the personal blog, wise, wild and wide.
Highly independent-minded Sagamite is a controversial figure on Nairaland.com, Nigeria’s biggest web forum. The UK-based gentleman is not known for suffering fools gladly. But on his good days, you will also want more of him. Yet, the young man’s wide knowledge is not in doubt. He promises to let us have only his good days here, as he had already dropped an article here. Sagamite offers perspectives on varying issues.
Join me in welcoming SirRash and Sagamite to Jarushub.
