Product Warehouse Analyst Job in an O&G Company
A leading supplier of tubes and related services for the world’s energy and Oil and Gas industry is currently looking for a Product Warehouse Analyst to join their Onne, Nigeria office .
Main Purpose of the role:
Runs and manages the warehouse operation monitoring logistics for the return of pipes to the main warehouse. Controls delivery orders/schedules issuing status reports. Fulfills shipment orders received defining schedules both in domestic and export markets. Control of the stocks of the Company and customer property
Main Accountabilities
� Controls the schedules of shipments receiving forecast input, monitoring the Just in Time (JIT) schedule for oil companies analysing deviations and unforeseen events.
� Ensures that user requirements are met on outgoing products.
� Supervises administration tasks of the area controlling invoices, receiving certifications and managing payments to suppliers as well as monitoring budget on a monthly basis.
� Complies with Company policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
� Interact with the production department to have a perfect flow in/out of material from plant to yard
� Control of the stocks property of the Company and property of the customer, assuring the alignment between systems and physical stock
� Complies with Company HSE & Environment policies, ensuring the proper level of awareness for all personnel, Company and 3rd parties.
Candidate should have a University degree preferably Engineering with at least 4 years of similar experience in the Oil & Gas, manufacturing, Industrial, Logistics or Engineering companies.
