Part-time Project Supervisor Wanted
A group of young Nigerians are embarking on an educational project that will result in production of some learning materials. The project pre-dated Osun State government’s ‘Opon Imo’ (knowledge tablet), but is similar to it.
We are currently looking for a project supervisor to supervise the project. The brief is basically to coordinate and supervise the Subject Matter Experts, who are experienced Secondary School Mathematics teachers, as well as work on the circulation and distribution of the end product.
Our ideal person must be goal-driven, self-motivated, and have entrepreneurial mindset. He must be a Lagos resident.
The candidate will NOT be remunerated with cash (except for reimbursement of expenses spent in the course of the project). He will however be rewarded with equity, i.e he will be brought in as part of project owners. In other words, some other members of the team are contributing funds , and he will contribute efforts, and his efforts will be converted to equity. The project is a good start-up that is envisioned to take Nigeria by storm. This is why our ideal candidate is preferred to be someone with entrepreneurship (owner) mindset, not an employee mindset.
