I am still struggling with discovering a career path sir.
My first job is with a Telecom company and there’s no career growth.
Presently I have an offer from Globacom and another one from IHS Towers
I am in a state of confusion regarding which one to go for.
Glo, according to what I’ve been hearing, has no good structure. And recently there’s a thread on Nairaland regarding this issue though not popular. A friend of mine also said something of such.
Regarding IHS, they seem to have structure but my fear is the career growth. Is it viable?
I would like to see with your eyes regarding this sir.

We ran this through appropriate professionals who are familiar with both companies and a recurring response is IHS is the better company when it comes to career growth and structure, although we know folks who have also done well at Glo too. We also hear that Glo has a little more relaxed work culture than IHS, which operates at a very fast pace. We also understand that you will learn more at IHS.
