Please Sir, I need help. My father had a share at UBA Plc since 20 years ago.
How can I redeem these shares?
I need you to give me guidelines.

You need to get a letter of administration of your late father’s estate from the probate registrar of any high court. Tangible asset of your father will be included in the letter of administration. You, your siblings and mother ought to be the administrators of your late father’s estate.Once you are able to get the letter of administration, the transfer of your father’s shares to his children and wife should not be a problem.
But if your father had a WILL before his death, the transfer of his assets to his dependents should will less cumbersome.
