Survey Field Agent
ISP is a research group conducting market research for a two-week period in Lagos. We are recruiting to fill the positions below:
Title: ISP Survey Agents
Duration: 2 Weeks
Work Hours: Full time (at least 40 hours/week)
Position Objective/Purpose
The successful individuals will work closely with the ISP project team to mobilize community respondents, conduct personalized interviews and collect site-specific data within identified local communities in Lagos state.
Scope of Work /Responsibilities
The field enumerators will:
- Get familiar with data collection tools (Qualtrics/Survey Monkey) and study protocol
- Attend study orientation and data collection training
- Conduct ISP data collection in selected communities in Lagos state
- Orient and guide the project team on likely sensitivities that could affect the usage of the survey tools within the target communities
- Conduct focus group discussions and Key informant interviews with selected stakeholders in the selected communities
- Work collaboratively with ISP team to ensure successful implementation of the study
- Review filled data collection tools to ensure completion and quality of data
- Provide guidance and clarifications at data analysis stage regarding collected data as needed
- Play a key role in the mobilization of community respondents for the survey.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes
- Have access to a Data enabled phone/tablet.
- Are tech-savvy with use of smartphones and applications.
- Proven skills in the use of mobile device for data collection
- Have experience interacting with people from different cultures, beliefs, and religion.
- Are fluent in Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa or any other languages spoken in Southern Nigeria.
- Reside in any part of Lagos and can have access to the LGAs.
- A track record in administering survey/questionnaire is highly desirable
