I have never seen any person with integrity that doesn’t succeed in his career. And by success, I don’t mean being necessarily stupendously wealthy, but but being contented. And they are even rich by sane standard.
It is very hard to come across persons with 100% integrity in our society, but the few I have met, leave me hopeful. You may cut corners and achieve false success, but it is almost sure that the bubble will burst, sooner than later.
I have met too many people in corporate Nigeria to believe the generalization that everyone here lacks integrity. They may be few, but they exist, and they are making progress in their career.
Bad as the situation is in this country, I still hold that you can succeed and get to the top without compromising your integrity.

Young Nigerians see integrity as an old school virtue, but the easiest way to have a lasting success in our career, business and personal relationship is to imbibe the virtue.
