Like other consulting, quality of experience plays a significant role. Experience in other top consulting firms, MBA from a top school, excellent communication skills, business environment awareness, deep understanding of government policies etc may be helpful in securing experienced level job with Accenture.

Average.
JOB SECURITY
High, subject to great performance. Company not known for indiscriminate laying off. Almost immune from many of the downsides of the business cycle. Just perform and never compromise your integrity amongst other values they covet.
JOB TEST
We spoke with three different people who have written their test. Two said it was tough, one said it was easy. We leave you to judge. It’s basically quantitative and verbal reasoning (formerly GMAT now SHL based).
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Accenture conducts a rigorous interview process. A recruiter normally contacts you to discuss your resume or CV. This may result in a first interview with a recruiter, who will want to discuss your experiences and interests at a high level. You will also have the opportunity to get additional information about the position and what it is like to work at Accenture. If you are selected to participate in the next stage of the process, you may have interviews with Accenture executives and require a more in-depth discussion of your skills and experiences.
Interview is usually in 4 stages, held at few days intervals. You get to talk with different levels of officers in the system. If you scale the 4 stages, you get the job.

They usually have a yearly or biennial graduate recruitment exercises which are well publicized. One is currently ongoing, click here to apply.
Apart from regular advertised GT programmes, they also accept CV on ongoing basis, especially if submitted by trusted insiders. Such unsolicited CVs are usually kept in database in case relevant openings come up.
