Chemistry in the University or Chemical Engineering in Polytechnic?
Dear Jarus,
A friend of mine scored 188 in JAMB. He applied for chemical engineering, but he didn’t score up to the cut-off point. Do you think he should change course to Chemistry or he should go for ND in Chemical Engineering in the university and later enrol for Direct Entry.
Yomi
Dear Yomi,
Either is fine, but if I were in his shoes, I would choose Chemistry in the university.
All the best.
Jarus

To add, his age also matters in whatever decision he takes especially the ND option.
Opting for Chemistry is good, age will be on his side all things been equal.

Do I keep my hope in unilag or I apply for a change of course… please candid advice needed. !!!
Tight one. I doubt you can get admission into Finance UNILAG with that score. It is a very competitive course.
