CAREER PROSPECTS IN RISK MANAGEMENT

I thank God I stumbled on this site. I am a graduate of Medical Physiology from the University of Ilorin  (Second class lower); I decided to take a professional course in Insurance (CIIN – Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria) because I work with an insurance company and I’m at final stage. I just got admitted for MRM (Masters in Risk Management ) at the University of Lagos . I want to know the prospects of this course out there aside Insurance. I also want you to recomend international professional courses I can take with it .

Risk Management is a very good field and I have no doubt that Masters degree in Risk Management will boost your career.

Almost every industry has some form of risk management requirement, from the financial industry to the energy sector.

Banks and other financial institutions have large risk management departments.
