About
JARUSHUB . . .
JarusHub is Nigeria’s number one online career resources destination and one of Africa’s leading online career portals. The platform has continued to be an information mine on career guidance. With tens of thousands of visitors every month, JarusHub has redefined information and experience sharing in Africa.
The idea of JarusHub was inspired by the realisation that many otherwise brilliant African youths are not able to realise their potentials due to mentoring and information gap. JarusHub seeks to plug this hole.
For free, we provide valuable information starting from how to excel in school, to how to effectively transition to the labour market, to how to settle in the workplace and rise through the career ladder, and finally tips to starting own business or running a company as a top level executive.
We cover the whole chain of career – from foundation (school) to retirement.
Our uniqueness lies in assembling people who have been there before and exceled and sharing real life personal experiences.
JarusHub was founded and is edited by Suraj Oyewale, popularly known as Jarus, a very versatile Nigerian online personality and one of the most popular participants in top online discussion forums like Nairaland for many years. He is supported by a team of equally savvy Nigerians to bring you quality articles and blog posts.
Our primary focus is career, mentorship and management, but we dwell equally extensively on other matters of relevance. This is in line with the founder’s belief that knowing something about almost everything is key to being successful.
Our team of columnists and analysts are drawn from the best pool of Africa’s most gifted youths. Our articles on career are original, well-researched, and draw on real life experiences. We are one of the few blogs that dwell more on content originality in this clime.
We also regularly bring to you interviews with Africans that have made it in their chosen professions, who we consider worthy of being role models for youths.
With the quality of writers and contributors we parade, and the caliber of personalities that identify with us, we are widely regarded as Africa’s most influential career blog. JarusHub also organizes offline career and mentorship sessions that feature top-rated African executives.
Just keep coming here for fresh and refreshing articles and posts, everyday, and we assure you that you will leave better informed everytime you visit.
