A MANUFACTURING COMPANY NEEDS A SMART MANAGER

Topmost Industries Limited is a fast growing manufacturing company in Nigeria.

It currently has a factory in the outskirts of Lagos where it produces different kinds of polythene bags (nylons).

The company needs a young, smart person as Manager for its Lagos factory.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of first degree in any course.
• Second class upper graduates are preferred, but lower graduates may also put in their application if able to convince the recruiter.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing concern.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Budgeting.
• Sales/Marketing coordination.
• Basic accounting skills will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• The person will manage up to 20 people (factory workers), so he needs to be charismatic and have good people management skills.

ROLE

• Managing the factory.
• Coordinating production.
• Coordinating marketing/distribution drive.
• Reporting to the Management

PAY RANGE

• N800,000 – N1,500,000 gross per annum
